Took it to Lisbon for five days with only hand luggage. Packed two jumpers, four shirts and trousers, pulled the air out and it still slid into the sizer without any fuss.

The compression is the reason I bought it and it does what it says. What I didn't expect is how well the back panel sits — after three hours of walking I had no sore shoulders.

Good bag, well finished, and the zips run smoothly. One thing to know: once compressed, the clothes do come out slightly creased, so I hang shirts up on arrival. Still worth it for the space.

My 16-inch work laptop fits into the padded sleeve with room to spare and doesn't move around. I use it for two office days and one flight a week.

I was sceptical about the valve but it's simple — you close the compartment, roll the air out and clip it. No pump, no batteries, nothing to lose.

Ordered on a Monday, had it Thursday. Sturdy stitching, the straps are properly padded and the laptop compartment opens flat, which speeds up security checks.
